preparation

1.  Heat the peanut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2.  Add ground beef and brown, stirring to break up the beef.

3.  Add onion and garlic and continue cooking until onion is tender.

4.  Mix in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

5.  Spoon beef mixture into prepared taco shells.

6.  Top with cheese and lettuce
