Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.  Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.

2.  Place a large cast iron skillet over high heat and allow to heat up for one minute.

3.  Add olive oil and wait until nearly smoking before adding the steak.

4.  Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.

5.  Pour the butter and garlic on top of the steak.

6.  Cook one more minute until garlic is starting to turn brown on the edges.

7.  Remove steaks and garnish with rosemary before serving.
