Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.   1. Heat a sauté pan over high heat and add olive oil.

2.  2. Season the steak with black pepper, salt, oregano and paprika.

3.  3. Add the steak to the hot pan and sear over high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

4.  4. Remove the steak from the pan.

5.  5. Slice the steak and serve.
