1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/3 cup dry vermouth

1 tbsp dijon mustard

dash of salt,

dash of pepper

1.  Melt the butter in a small skillet, cook onions for a minute and then toss in mushrooms.

2.  Pour in the vermouth an cook stirring until most liquid is cooked off,

3.  Remove pan from the heat and stir in mustard.

4.  Add salt and pepper.
