preparation

1.  Preheat your grill to medium heat

2.  Mix the salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika and Worcestershire sauce well in a bowl.

3.  Rinse pork chops and sprinkle them on both sides with the mixture.

4.  Grill the chops about 12 minutes per side.

5.  An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145 degrees F

6.  Remove from the grill and serve.
