6 medium cloves garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp oregano

Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.   1. Season the steak on both side with salt, pepper and oregano.

2.  2. In a skillet heat the oil to medium high, add the steak and brown well on both sides 2-3 minutes on each side.

3.  3. Mince the garlic cloves and melt the butter in a pan on low heat and add the garlic for about 4 minutes.

4.  4. Spoon the garlic butter over the steak and serve.
