Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.   1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.

2.  2. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper

3.  3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 

4.  4. Place the steaks in the middle of the skillet and cook until a golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

5.  5. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet and add shallot, asparagus and mushrooms.

6.  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and browned and asparagus are crispy and bright green, about 3-4 minutes.

7.  7. Serve immediately with steaks and butter mixture.
