The green chillies results in yielding a lavish green color making the whole dish to look different from other. But at what number you would be adding it solely depends on your tongue.

Different minds involved in making such cuisine has different ways of preparing the curry paste. 12.  1)- Blend the curry paste ingredients in a pestle or a mortar and keep it aside

13.  2)- Boil the coconut milk in a pan until it gets reduced. Add 4 cups of the curry paste in the pan and allow to cook until it gives a good fragrance. Make sure that the spices have completely mixed giving a good aroma.

14.  3)- In order to make the cuisine little sweet add palm sugar in the pan along with the fish sauce and simmer it until it gets mixed completely.

15.  4)- Add your beloved meat and the pea aborigines and allow to boil until it gets cooked and finally stir in red chilies, basil leaves and the lime leaves.

16.  5)- Taste the sample and if you find it too spicy then add coconut cream according to your need and serve the dish with Jasmine rice.
